* **Freya’s Name, Logo & Branding Elements**

* **Revenue-Sharing Smart Contract Option** (Freya-related transactions trigger $FREYA buybacks)

**Restrictions:**

* **Requires IP approval for major lore/gameplay alterations**
* **Limited to agreed platforms and game genres**
* **Royalty payments or revenue-sharing model required**

* **No game mechanics or character integration**
* **Usage must be credited as part of Rosentica IP**
* **Time-limited licensing agreement**
