# IP RWA Infrastructure

3. Verification — Authenticate contract validity and confirm ownership status through legal and registry checks.

5. On-Chain Registration — Register hashed proofs on Rosentica’s blockchain-based IP Registry.
6. Tokenization — Convert verified IP rights into programmable tokens.
7. Public Offering — Launch tokenized IP assets through community or public sales to democratize ownership.
8. Liquidity Pool Deployment — Add token liquidity and activate trading on decentralized exchanges (DEX).
9. Royalty Collection — Collect fiat royalties from publishers, distributors, and collection societies.
10. On-Ramp Conversion — Convert collected fiat royalties into USD1 stablecoins via compliant channels.
11. Buyback & Distribution — Use USD1 to repurchase, burn, and distribute token-based yields to holders on-chain.
